• 12 to 75 years
• Diagnosis of EoE
• Had an inadequate response/intolerant to corticosteroid therapy
• Have symptoms of Dysphagia

• 18 to 75 years
• Diagnosis of Crohn’s disease
• Symptomatic (flaring) with mucosal inflammation
• Not had any prior biological treatment exposure
• Had an inadequate response/loss of response/intolerance to corticosteroid or immunomodulator therapy

• 18 to 65 years
• Diagnosis of Ulcerative Colitis (UC)
• Rectal Bleeding
• Had an inadequate response/intolerant/loss of response to 1 or more treatment options (ie, infliximab, adalimumab, vedolizumab, ustekinumab, tofacitinib, filgotinib, ozanimod, or approved biosimilars for these interventions)

• 18 to 75 years
• Diagnosis of Ulcerative Colitis (UC)
• Rectal Bleeding
• Had an inadequate response/intolerant/loss of response to 1 or more of the following treatment options (ie. corticosteroid therapy, immunomodulators and/or TNFα)

• 18 to 80 years
• Diagnosis of coeliac disease
• Have been adherent to gluten free diet for at least 12 months
• At least one moderate or severe gastrointestinal symptom (i.e., diarrhoea, abdominal pain, bloating or nausea) during the last 4 weeks

• Must be at least 18 years
• BMI ≥27 kg/m2 at screening
• Have a history of at least 1 self-reported unsuccessful dietary effort to lose body weight
• Have knee pain for >12 weeks prior

For Osteoarthritis, you have at least 1 of the following

• Age >50 years
• Morning stiffness in the index knee less than 30 minutes in duration
• Crepitus in the index knee

• Must be at least 18 years
• BMI >35 kg/m2 at screening
• Have a history of at least 1 self-reported unsuccessful dietary effort to lose body weight

Have established CV disease with at least 1 of the following

• A prior myocardial infarction
• Prior ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke
• Symptomatic peripheral arterial disease (amputations not exclusionary)
