Tablet to treat Moderate to Severe Crohn’s Disease (Yellowstone Study)

Study Title

A Phase 3, Multicenter, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Study of Oral Ozanimod as Induction Therapy for Moderately to Severely Active Crohn’s Disease.

Purpose of Study

Ozanimod (also referred to as the ‘active drug’), is a chemical compound that is thought to act on the immune system by making certain types of white blood cells (lymphocytes including T cells) stay in the lymph nodes and other places in the body, keeping them away from sites of inflammation.
The purpose of this study is to see whether Ozanimod is safe and effective for the possible treatment of CD.
