Vanessa Atkinson

Vanessa completed her Bachelor of Nursing & Health Service Management at Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane but is a born & bred Sunshine Coaster. With 12 years experience as a Registered Nurse with a focus on palliative care & quality governance, Vanessa moved into clinical trials in 2020 and has found a new passion.

As a new addition to the CDH Research team in 2023, Vanessa is responsible for the delivery of high quality, patient centred care to her clinical trial participants as well as the associated data collection and trial coordination that happens in the background to ensure every patient is taken care of.

Vanessa loves being able to enjoy the sun & relaxed beachside atmosphere here on the Sunshine Coast while being involved in Global clinical trials to provide patients with world first medical advancements.
